Bhai log, I'm really stuck between Amrapali Silicon City and Supertech Renesa. ASC ka price range toh ₹81 L se ₹2.4 Cr tak hai, jo mere budget ke upper end pe hai. But Renesa seems cheaper. Builder ka track record kitna important hai, especially with such a big investment? Kisi ka experience hai with Amrapali Silicon City ka possession ya construction quality? Ya Supertech Renesa mein koi hidden costs hain?
