Okay, controversial opinion: Amrapali's projects, even now, seem better built than Supertech's. I've seen some Supertech societies with major seepage issues just years after possession. Am I the only one? Has anyone experienced this? Which one has better RERA compliance, honestly? What's your take?

I think Supertech has a slightly better chance of actually delivering *something* eventually. Amrapali is just a lost cause. But that's just my opinion.
So, what's the final verdict? Invest in Supertech cautiously, or avoid both like the plague? I'm genuinely confused now.
Avoid both! Go for a builder with a clean track record. Peace of mind is worth the extra money.
I bought a resale in Amrapali Zodiac. The location is great, but the society maintenance is pathetic. Who is responsible for that now? NBCC?
I believe the RWA is responsible for maintenance now. But NBCC is supposed to oversee the larger infrastructure issues.
Rising property rates are making it even more difficult to decide. Should I buy now, or wait for a market correction?
Sector 150 is booming because of the new metro line. But the prices are already sky-high.
Honestly, both Amrapali and Supertech are risky bets. If you're looking for peace of mind, go for a reputed builder like Godrej or Tata, even if it costs more.
Moral of the story: do your due diligence before investing. Check RERA, visit the site multiple times, and talk to current residents.
I think it depends on the project. Some Supertech projects in Sector 93A seem decent. But overall, both builders have a shady reputation.
Guys, let's be real. Buying property in Noida is like playing Russian roulette. You never know what you're going to get.
Anyone know the current status of the Amrapali projects being taken over by NBCC?
NBCC is slowly but surely finishing them. But it's taking forever. They are prioritizing certain projects over others.
Last I heard, they are focusing on Dream Valley and Sapphire first.
I invested in Amrapali Sapphire back in 2010. Still waiting for possession! Supertech is better, comparatively. At least they give you *something*.
Sector 74 mein rate kya chal raha hai aaj kal? Thinking of selling my apartment.
My personal experience: I booked a flat in Supertech Eco Village 2. Possession was promised in 2016. Still waiting. So, no, I don't think they are 'delivering'.
2016! That's insane! Did you file a RERA complaint?
Eco Village 2 is notorious for delays. I know so many people stuck there.
I disagree. Supertech has delivered more projects overall. Amrapali ka toh... well, we all know. RERA compliance is probably better with Supertech now, after all the court cases.
I've heard similar things about Supertech's quality. My friend bought in Supertech Cape Town and has had constant issues with plumbing. Amrapali's projects are being renovated now, so maybe that's why they seem better?
Supertech ka construction quality is definitely questionable. I saw a video of a balcony collapsing in one of their projects. Scary stuff!
RERA compliance toh dono ka hi questionable tha at some point. But Supertech is still delivering *some* projects, right? Amrapali is a complete mess. How can you even compare?
Haan, that's true. My cousin got possession in Supertech North Eye. No clubhouse, no swimming pool... basically, just an empty shell.
Exactly! At least Supertech is *trying*. Amrapali toh loot ke bhaag gaye the.
But are they really *delivering*? Or just finishing the bare minimum to avoid more penalties? That's the question.

Bhai, you're not alone. Supertech Emerald Court toh disaster tha. Amrapali Dream Valley looks better maintained, even after all the issues.
