Amrapali Zodiac amenities are mostly for show

Just moved into Amrapali Zodiac last month and already have some thoughts. The flat itself is okay, pretty much what I expected from the show flat. But I'm honestly a bit disappointed with the amenities. The gym equipment is constantly breaking down, and the swimming pool isn't always clean. I thought a completed project would have these things sorted... Is it just me, or are the common area maintenance guys a bit slow? I'm paying around ₹4500/month for a 3BHK, which feels steep for the current state of things. Also, the noise from the main road is more noticeable than I thought. Does anyone else living here find the amenities are just for show, not actual use? Or am I expecting too much?
