Since last year, I'm trying to figure out if buying in Noida Extension makes sense. Amrapali Zodiac ke kuch flats dekhe hain. My main concern hai ki clubhouse aur green areas ka kya scene hai. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but real mein facilities use hoti bhi hain ya bas showpiece hain? Maintenance charges toh bhari honge, but if the clubhouse is empty ya green space bas naam ka hai, toh kya fayda? Parents bolte hain proper open area hona chahiye, aur honestly not sure kitna real hota hai woh. Koi user experience share karega Amrapali Zodiac ka?
