Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders hide so much, yaar. I'm checking Amrapali Zodiac in Noida Extension, and the under-construction quality is my biggest concern. As an investor, future maintenance and tenant attraction depend on it. Beyond just plaster, how do you guys actually gauge plumbing, electrical conduit quality inside walls? These things impact long-term ROI. Also, amenities ka provision site pe kaise check karein? Brochure waali cheezein dikhti hain kya? Any tips to avoid a huge snag list later?

Bhai, your concern is so real! Amrapali ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My cousin almost booked in Amrapali Silicon City, and then backed out after seeing the delays and quality complaints. Noida Extension mein toh yeh builders ka standard problem hai, they promise the moon and deliver dust.
