But builders ki quality claims aur actual delivery mein bohot difference hota hai. After possession, chote-mote snags kitne aate hain? Like cracks, seepage, ya fittings ka issue. Initial snag list check mein kya kya dekhna chahiye jo baad mein headache na bane? Log kehte hain ki sometimes basic quality hi compromise hoti hai, toh premium justified nahi lagta.
