Kya Amrapali Zodiac mein full flat power backup milta hai actually? Just moved in last month, and it's mostly common areas, which is a bummer for tenants. Water supply ka kya scene hai? Tankers pe depend hona padta hai kya after a few years? Investor point of view se, yeh issues resale value aur rentability pe bahut affect karte hain. Has anyone faced issues with these two after a year or so? Thinking if these hidden costs eat into ROI.

Dekho, Amrapali Zodiac ka possession date 2019-12-01 hai, toh abhi toh 4 saal ho gaye hain. Jo log tab se reh rahe hain, unka experience sabse authentic hoga. Noida mein waise bhi power backup aur water supply ek common concern hai for many societies, especially older ones. Current market conditions mein demand toh hai, lekin agar basic amenities mein compromise ho toh resale value aur rentability pe toh definitely impact aayega. Investor point of view se, hidden costs ka factor bahut important hai.
Kisi ko pata hai kya ki Amrapali Zodiac ke RERA documents mein power backup aur water supply ke terms exactly kya hain? Kya usme 'full flat backup' explicitly mentioned hai ya sirf 'common areas'?
Water supply ka toh bahut bada game hai bhai. Mere ek colleague ne Ajayabpur mein ek society li thi, shuru ke 2 saal sab sahi tha. Phir society ne builder se handover le liya aur uske baad tankers pe depend hona padta tha. Monthly bill bhi badh gaya aur availability bhi uncertain. Amrapali Zodiac mein 2230 units hain, itne logon ke liye water infrastructure kitna solid hai, ye dekhna padega. Kahi yahan bhi 2-3 saal baad same story na ho jaye.
Legal action lena mushkil ho jaata hai, especially after possession. Builders ke agreements mein itne loopholes hote hain. Plus, RWA ko hi fight karna padta hai, aur woh bhi poori society ki taraf se. Individual level pe toh bahut tough hai. Best hai ki buying se pehle hi poora agreement ek lawyer se review karwao aur neighbors se talk karo if possible.
To fir iska koi solution nahi hai kya? Agar builder ne brochure mein full backup ya adequate water supply promise kiya tha, aur baad mein nahi mila, toh kya koi legal action nahi le sakte?
Exactly! Tankers ka kharcha alag, aur woh bhi regularly nahi milte. Especially summers mein toh haal behaal ho jaata hai. Builder toh shuru mein sab bol dete hain, baad mein Residents Welfare Association (RWA) ko deal karna padta hai.
Bhai, 71 lakh se 1.7 crore tak ka project hai aur power backup ka issue? Seriously? RERA approved hai toh kuch toh quality control hona chahiye na.
Haan, Amrapali ka track record toh waise bhi kaafi mixed raha hai. Upar se water supply ka issue bhi sunke aur darr lag raha hai. Kya fayda itna mehenga flat lene ka agar basic facilities hi na milein?
RERA number UPRERAPRJ5667 hai, but RERA sirf possession date aur basic amenities ensure karta hai, post-possession service quality pe utna control nahi hota. Developers aksar clauses mein likh dete hain 'limited power backup' ya 'common areas only'.
Yaar, yehi toh tension hai. Amrapali Zodiac mein bhi common area backup ka hi bolte hain, but actual mein flats mein kya scene hai? Meri ek friend ne bhi bataya tha ki flat mein AC/Geyser nahi chalta power cut mein, sirf light aur fan. Is it true for all towers? Bahut badi problem hai agar aisa hai toh.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Most Amrapali projects mein full flat backup ka issue rehta hai. Mere ek relative ka Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat hai, wahan bhi same problem. Sirf basic points pe power milti hai, AC wagera ke liye inverter lagwana padta hai alag se. Builder bolte kuch hain, karte kuch aur.
Exactly! Light aur fan se kya hoga? Fridge bhi nahi chala toh poora khana kharab ho jayega. Ye hidden costs aur inconvenience toh bahut headache dete hain.
