Amrapali Zodiac quality: worth the risk for NRI investor?
₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Noida Extension – is this the new normal for a decent project? I'm based in Dubai, so physical site visits are tough. I'm looking at Amrapali Zodiac for investment, but construction quality is my biggest worry. Builders ka track record dikhane mein toh sab accha hota hai, par real picture kya hai? Has anyone living there seen issues like cracks or seepage a year or two after possession? For an investor like me, future maintenance costs and resale value are bahut important. Also, promised amenities vs. what actually gets delivered – kitna difference hota hai? Sometimes these fancy clubhouses just become ghost facilities, right? Are the maintenance charges justified by the actual service quality? Not sure if these premium amenities truly drive higher rental yield ya bas extra cost hain. Need some real ground truth before I commit. Can't afford to manage a problematic property remotely, you know?

Amrapali naam sunte hi darr lagta hai yaar, even if it's Zodiac. Builder ka track record generally bahut dubious raha hai. ₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Noida Extension sounds tempting, but for an NRI who can't do regular site visits, it's a huge gamble. I'd be super cautious.
Haan, but ye toh completed project hai, possession 2019 mein mila tha. Does that make a difference? Kya isme bhi builder
