Amrapali's ghost haunts me – is Supertech any different?

Sector 78 – currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Been looking at Supertech's projects, but I'm honestly scared. Amrapali left such a bad taste. Is Supertech any better with on-time delivery? I saw some chatter online about delayed possessions in their earlier projects. Anyone faced similar delays? And what about hidden charges? I heard stories of people getting slapped with unexpected PLC and EDC fees right before possession. My budget is already stretched, can't afford any surprises. Is the price jump worth it or am I walking into another Amrapali situation? Already have a home loan, so switching isn't easy. What's everyone's take?
