Working in real estate makes buying even harder, tbh. Everyone claims OC mil gaya. I'm looking at projects near the expressway. Supertech Emerald Court still gives me the chills. Concerned about possession delays with Ajnara too, given their history. Any firsthand experience with actual possession dates vs promises?
