Finally fed up of renting and ready to buy. But Amrapali ka naam sunke darr lagta hai. Everyone glorifies Supertech, but nobody talks about the constant delays. Unke projects kab complete honge, honestly not sure. ATS seems safer, but are they worth the premium? Possession ke time pe kya hidden charges nikalenge? Disagree? Tell me why.
