Amrapali's ghost still haunts Noida's real estate, tbh.

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading, but all these builders...scary. Heard Jaypee's delivery was a mess, and now Amrapali's projects are a total disaster. Is there any builder actually delivering on time these days? Supertech looks shady too. Honestly not sure if I should even bother upgrading with all the possession delays. Anyone else facing this? Any recommendations for trustworthy builders? Home loan already approved, just need a reliable project.
