Amrapali's ghost still haunts...safe to trust Supertech?

My parents keep saying stick to ready-to-move, but under-construction seems cheaper. I'm looking at a Supertech project in Sector 74. Honestly not sure if I should trust them, given all the Amrapali mess. Is it worth the risk for a slightly lower price? Has anyone had good experiences with Supertech post-possession, like maintenance and all? What about resale value down the line? Any insights would be great. Also, what about hidden charges? I had no idea there were so many!
