Amrapali Green Valley mein, after possession, the maintenance charges are insane! And zero facilities. My wife's priority is a safe society for kids, but it's filthy. Anyone else facing this? Should I escalate this to RERA? I'm paying so much EMI, aur yeh sab dekhna pad raha hai.

Don't just rely on hearsay. Get the facts straight before taking any action. RERA registration number verify karo.
Honestly, this is why I'm hesitant to buy anything in Noida Extension. So many issues with builders.
Anyone know if there are any resident groups or WhatsApp groups for Green Valley? Would be good to connect with other residents.
So, U1, what's your plan of action now? Are you going to send a legal notice or escalate to RERA?
Sector 78 mein toh abhi rates bhi badh gaye hain. Metro coming up soon, so prices are going up. Maybe a good time to sell if you're really unhappy?
Which floor are you on, U1? High floor units usually have better views but more maintenance issues.
I heard they're planning to increase the maintenance charges even further! Is that true?
Check your sale agreement. It usually mentions the initial maintenance charges. See if they're violating that agreement.
Has anyone tried complaining to the AOA? Do they even exist in Green Valley?
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in another Amrapali project. I regret buying it. Lesson learnt: NEVER trust builders blindly.
Haan bhai, builders promise the moon and deliver a crater.
What's the maintenance charge per sqft you guys are paying? I'm considering renting there, but this is worrying.
Before escalating to RERA, try sending them a legal notice. Sometimes that's enough to get them moving.
Good point. Legal notice is a cheaper and faster option before going the RERA route.
RERA is definitely an option, but gather all the evidence first. Photos, videos, maintenance bills... everything. Strong case banao.
I heard Amrapali projects have massive dues. They're probably cutting corners everywhere to save money.
Exactly! That's why I avoided Amrapali like the plague. Unka history toh pata hai sabko.
Guys, don't just complain. Start a Twitter campaign. Tag RERA, tag the builder, shame them publicly. That's how things get done these days.
We bought in Sector 75 nearby, and while it's not perfect, the maintenance is much better. Paid around 6500/sqft. Maybe consider shifting if it's unbearable?

Bhai, totally agree. Maintenance is a loot. They charge like it's a 5-star hotel but provide safai-wala level service. RERA is an option, but it takes time.
Which tower are you in? We're in G tower and facing similar issues. The promised kids' play area is just a sandpit with broken swings.
G tower mein toh lift bhi problem karti hai na? I heard that from my friend.
We're in C tower. Same story. They promised a creche but it's just an empty room being used as storage.
