Amrapali's mess makes me nervous about Supertech now.

Okay I'll be honest — Amrapali's issues have me worried. I'm selling my bigger house, looking at a smaller flat. Supertech and ATS are options, but Supertech's track record scares me a bit. Anyone had possession delays or hidden charges with either? ATS seems safer, right? What does the community think?
