Amrapali's past - should I still be wary of projects?

I'm based in Dubai and seriously considering investing in Noida, but I'm still hesitant because of the Amrapali fiasco. Heard a lot of projects got delayed. What's the scene now? I'm looking at a few options, including some ATS projects in Sector 104. Their construction quality seems decent from the videos I've seen, but I can't do a site inspection myself. Also, what about Supertech? I know they had some issues. Is it safe to invest in their projects now, considering the RERA compliance and all? Need a property manager later on, so timely possession is crucial. Koi idea hai?
