Has anyone had good experiences with Amrapali projects like Green Valley after all the issues? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, but honestly, I'm scared of getting stuck with another delayed project. Kya kisi ko pata hai about the actual construction quality now? Heard horror stories of plaster cracks and seepage later on. Should I even consider them, or focus on other builders? Is the price jump worth it, considering the risk? Already have a home loan, don't want more EMI stress. What about resale value in 5 years? Itna paisa laga ke phasna nahi hai.

Resale is a good option. But check the society maintenance charges. Some societies are charging exorbitant amounts. Especially the ones with lots of amenities.
Considering the loan you already have, I'd suggest staying put for a while. Market is volatile. Wait and watch. Amrapali is just too risky.
Totally agree with U17. Don't jump into another loan with Amrapali. Your peace of mind is worth more than a bigger house. Think long-term.
So, what's the final consensus? Is anyone actually recommending Amrapali Green Valley? Or is it a unanimous 'avoid'?
U19, Looks like a pretty clear 'avoid' from everyone here. Too much baggage and uncertainty. Find a builder with a clean track record. Your hard-earned money deserves better.
Kya scene hai with the RERA registration for Amrapali Green Valley? Anyone checked that? If RERA approved, there's at least some protection, right?
U11, RERA registration does offer some protection, but it's not a guarantee. Check the builder's compliance record on the RERA website. That's more important.
U11, Haan RERA is there, but implementation is slow. Court cases are still a headache. Don't rely on RERA alone.
Prices in Noida are crazy right now! Even Amrapali projects are seeing appreciation because of the overall market. But is it sustainable? That's the question.
I bought a resale in Sector 78 a year ago. No Amrapali, thank God! Focus on resale in a good society. Less risk, immediate possession.
I invested in an Amrapali project back in 2010. Still waiting for possession! Court cases, delays... it's been a nightmare. Never again!
U8, That's terrible! Which project was it? Name and shame! We need to warn others.
U9, It was Amrapali Sapphire in Sector 45. Promised possession in 2014, still nothing. Paisa doob gaya.
Sector 75 is becoming a good area now. Metro connectivity is improving. But Amrapali? Hmmm... risky. Have you considered Mahagun Moderne? Thoda expensive hai, but worth it maybe?
Green Valley mein ek friend rehta hai. He says construction quality is still subpar. Constant issues with plumbing and electrical. Avoid, I'd say.
U3, thanks for the info! That's exactly what I was worried about. Which tower is your friend in? Maybe it's just that tower suffering?
U4, He's in Tower C. But I've heard similar stories from others in different towers too. It's a widespread issue apparently.
U3, Plumbing and electrical issues are common in many projects, not just Amrapali. Which floor is his apartment?
U6, True, but with Amrapali, the scale of the issue is much larger. Plus, the legal battles are still ongoing. Who knows what will happen in the future?
Bhai, Amrapali? Seriously? After everything that happened? I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. So many better builders in Noida now. Risk mat le yaar.
I agree with U1. Amrapali is a big no-no. Too much risk involved. Look at Godrej, ATS, or even some of the Gaursons projects. Safer bet.
