Amrapali's past still haunts Noida's real estate.

Since I work in real estate myself, I know Amrapali ka kya scene tha. But off the record, anyone have experience with Amrapali Eden Park now? Are they actually delivering on time these days? Construction quality kaisi hai? Pride India Regal Residency ki reputation better hai, but super area vs carpet area mein kitna game khelte hain? Honestly not sure which way to go. Any insights on resale value in 5 years? Should I be worried?
