Amrapali's projects in Noida – still risky investment?

I work in real estate, but even I'm confused about Amrapali. Post-SC order, who's responsible for quality? Heard some new projects are being completed. Is RERA registration enough assurance now? Kya legal issues abhi bhi hain? Honestly not sure if the price is worth the risk. Any thoughts?
