Anabia Infra deal: Is direct really better?

Broker ko side karke direct builder se deal karna is a myth, I swear. I work in real estate but buying my own 2BHK in Sector 52 from Anabia Infrastructure is different. They always say 'fixed price', but I know there's negotiation scope. Brokers often get better bulk deals, right? I'm wondering, should I push hard for a direct discount ya ek trusted broker ke through jaana better hai? Kitna real discount expect karein Greater Noida mein? Change my mind.
