Anand Apartment keeps popping up in my search, price range ₹95L-₹1.25 Cr. I'm really trying to understand the ground reality there. Is it genuinely good for daily living? We need easy access to a good hospital nearby, and convenience for basic groceries. Also, what's the society vibe like? We're hoping for a friendly, engaging community, not somewhere too isolated. And honestly, what are the maintenance charges actually like? Don't want any surprises there. Any current residents or recent buyers have thoughts on these points? Any advice appreciated.

Haan yaar, I've seen Anand Apartment too. Location wise toh theek lagta hai, but I'm also worried about the ground reality. Initial post mein jo points hain, they are exactly my concerns.
Anand Apartment? Bhai, price range toh theek hai (₹95L-₹1.3 Cr), but builder ka reputation check kar lena. Mere ek dost ne ek aur project mein phasa tha, possession mein bahut delay kiya. Iska status null dikha raha hai, which is a red flag for me as a first-time buyer. Don't want to get stuck.
