Anand Apartment delay: RERA effectiveness ka kya scene hai?
My EMI on the Anand Apartment by JBMR Group started last month, but possession is already delayed by 8 months. I work in real estate, so I thought I knew all the tricks, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builder-buyer agreement mein penalty clauses are almost non-existent for me. Mera rent aur EMI dono chal raha hai. RERA mein complaint file kiya hai, but process itna slow hai. Honestly, is RERA actually effective in Delhi for builder delays, especially for smaller players like JBMR Group? Yaar, has anyone here successfully used RERA to get proper compensation or force timely delivery? What's the real ground reality, not the brochure one? Also, next time, how do we *really* verify a builder's legal track record beyond just RERA registration? Seems like even that doesn't guarantee timely delivery.
