Anand Nagar's infrastructure issues are massively downplayed

Just got possession of my 2BHK in Anand Nagar last month. Honestly, everyone hypes up Sinhagad Road connectivity, but the monsoon waterlogging is next level. My society road pura submerged ho jaata hai. And that traffic near Rajaram Bridge? Forget about it during peak hours. Is it just my block, or Anand Nagar in general has these drainage issues? Log bolte hain sab sahi hai, but actual ground reality toh different hai. Thinking about long-term living here, I'm already stressed. Change my mind.

Totally agree with you! I’m in a society near Manik Baug, just a bit further down Sinhagad Road, and the situation is exactly the same. Last monsoon, my car got stuck near the Hingane Khurd turn. Builders show you samples during dry season, but drainage is a huge issue. Rajaram Bridge traffic is a nightmare, true. Did your builder promise any specific drainage solutions or mention the water table during booking?
