Anant Raj Estate Floors: Carpet area ka dhoka?

Since last year I've been eyeing Anant Raj The Estate Floors for a 3BHK upgrade. Brochure mein carpet area dikhaya kuch aur, par actual usable space feels way less post-possession. Maintenance bhi bohot high lag raha. Is this common with builders in Sohna? My current 2BHK feels more spacious. Kya premium worth it hai?

Bhai, ye sirf Anant Raj ka nahi, Sohna ke almost har builder ka yahi haal hai. Especially with these 'luxury' projects. My friend bought in a similar project near Badshahpur and faced the same carpet area shock. Usne toh builder se fight bhi ki, but eventually had to accept it. The premium for these projects is just

Totally relate! Anant Raj Estate Floors mein space issue kaafi logon ne report kiya hai. Brochure mein figures alag hote hain, reality alag.
