What's the real story with Anant Raj Estate's delivery timelines? I'm seeing delays and it's messing with my capital appreciation forecasts. Jab book kiya tha, builder ka track record sahi laga tha, but ab sun raha hoon ki possession mein time lag raha hai. This is impacting my ROI calculations big time.
