Ananta Heights' real ROI is hidden

Just got possession of my 1BHK in Ananta Heights last month. Honestly, prices were low, but I'm trying to figure out the real rental yield here. Kitna rent mil raha hai current residents ko? Aur iska resale market kaisa hai? Is it liquid enough for a quick exit later? Any idea on capital appreciation since its launch? Hope someone can share ground reality on these points.

Ananta Heights ka possession abhi mila? Bhai, project toh 2015 ka hai! Maine suna tha kuch units ka paperwork pending tha, but itna delay? Aapne resale mein liya ya builder se hi direct mila? Kitne mein pada 1BHK wahan? Main bhi ek 1BHK dekh raha hoon Alpha II mein, so trying to understand the market.
