Yaar, this carpet area issue is my biggest fear. I'm looking at a place in Alpha II Greater Noida and the sales guy keeps giving vague answers. Ananta Heights ki toh possession 2015 ki hai na? Ab tak log possess kar rahe hain kya? Really makes you nervous about what else they might hide.
