Anchal Real Estate hides charges at possession time?

Just moved into Anchal Silver Oak Tower last month. Things nobody told me! The possession experience was... something. Kya kisi ko pata hai about hidden charges from Anchal Real Estate? PLC charges they told me were 'indicative' turned out to be much higher. Also, maintenance deposit was insane. Is it legal? Honestly not sure if I should complain. Has anyone else faced this? How was the construction quality for others who got possession earlier? I'm hearing whispers about seepage issues already. Should I be worried? I'm also curious how Anchal's resale value compares down the line? Koi idea hai? Trying to figure out if I made a mistake buying here. Thoda dar lag raha hai, tbh.
