Anchal Real Estate's customer support is non-existent.

Honestly, Anchal Real Estate ka customer support toh gaya hua hai. I'm looking at Anchal Silver Oak Tower, and trying to get some info pre-booking is a nightmare. No one picks up the phone! My parents keep saying builder ka track record check kar lo. Sahi hai, but how to check customer support before buying? Has anyone dealt with them post-booking? Matlab, if there are construction delays or anything, toh kya karenge? My budget is tight, so I can't afford any jhol. Resale value wise, I heard it's better to go with a bigger brand. Am I the only one facing this issue? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karoon.
