Kids have moved out, and honestly, this big house is just too much to manage now. We're seriously considering Anchal Silver Oak Tower in Noida Extension, looking at a 2/3 BHK around ₹1 Cr. On paper, it looks decent, but I'm really curious about the daily livability for older folks. Is the society vibe friendly? How reliable are the elevators? What are the actual monthly maintenance charges like? And how convenient is hospital access from there? Any current residents can share their experience? We just want something manageable and peaceful.
