Anchal Silver Oak tower is actually a great place to live, not just good on paper. Just got possession last month and I'm settling in. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out the real amenity situation. Which ones are genuinely useful daily? The gym is okay, but the pool often feels neglected. Also, how are people managing noise levels from ongoing construction nearby? It's not terrible yet, but thinking about long-term daily life quality here. Any first-hand experiences?

U2, yaar, I get your point, but on paper, location aur amenities to achhe dikh rahe hain. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon, so thoda nervous hoon, but the current market in Noida is crazy
