My landlord just hiked the rent *again* and I'm finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm looking at Anil Suri Group Gangotri Apartment and Genesis Buildcon Builders in New Delhi. Both are ready-to-move, which is a relief, but honestly, the total cost of ownership is confusing me. Brokers say one thing, then stamp duty, registration, PLC, interiors, maintenance – it all adds up. For Genesis, I've heard stories about amenities not being fully functional even after possession. Is that still an issue, or did they sort it? And for Gangotri, are there hidden charges that pop up late? I'm tired of paying for things that aren't there or don't work. Just want to know what I'm *actually* getting and paying for, without nasty surprises. Any real experiences, especially regarding maintenance charges or the actual utility of amenities?
