Another Delhi investment, another amenity question.

Amenities are often just marketing fluff, not real value. Property Gallery jaise projects mein, kya clubhouse aur sports facilities actually tenant attract karte hain ya resale value badhaate hain? Ya sirf maintenance charges increase karte hain? From my experience, it's often the latter.
