Ansal Aastha amenities are all for show, change my mind.
Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking for a flat in Rajkot. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone has come up on my radar, price is around ₹29-30L for a 1BHK, jo mere budget mein hai. It's completed, which is a big plus, no construction delays ka tension. But I'm honestly not sure about the daily life experience there. Are the amenities actually useful, ya bas showpiece hain? Like, clubhouse, gym, kids play area... are they well-maintained and used by residents, or just for show? Also, neighbourhood ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, daily grocery shops kitne paas hain? My parents keep saying location sabse important hai. Koi residents ya ex-residents ispe light daal sakte hain? Matlab, is it genuinely a good home ya sirf price achha hai? Thoda confusion hai.
