Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this is. Rajkot mein Ansal Aastha Mig Zone dekh raha hu, completed project hai. Brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai. But amenities ki real quality kaisi hai? Gym, garden, security... kya woh actually maintain hote hain? Ya sirf dikhane ke liye? Daily life experience kaisa hai wahan?

This is the classic first-time buyer dilemma. We see shiny brochures, get excited, then reality hits. Always ask residents directly if possible. I made the mistake of not doing that with my first flat in Ahmedabad, and regretted it later. Don't repeat my mistake!
Bhai, Ansal ka track record Rajkot mein kuch khaas nahi raha hai. This project, UPRERAPRJ5670, was completed in June 2022. That's almost two years ago. Usually, initial maintenance is good, but it dips over time. My cousin booked in Krishna Kunj with a different builder, and even there, after 3 years, the swimming pool is always 'under maintenance'. So, be very careful with promises versus reality.
Hmm, I actually liked the overall layout when I saw it online. The price range of ₹29 L – ₹30 L seems decent for a completed project. But yes, amenities ka real feedback is crucial. Has anyone actually moved in there? How's the water and power situation?
Which block are you looking at? Might make a difference in amenity access.
While the price range seems okay, the current market conditions in Rajkot are a bit tricky. There are newer projects coming up with better amenity promises at similar prices, though maybe slightly further from the city center. Don't just jump for a 'completed' tag. Check resale value potential too.
Water and power supply is actually decent, no major issues there. They have backup generators for common areas. But yes, amenities are a different story altogether. Maintenance charges are collected, but where they go, no one knows!
Exactly! My biggest worry is security. Kya gates pe proper guards hote hain ya bas show ke liye? Especially with kids, this is non-negotiable for me.
Exactly. Best to visit late evenings and early mornings to check security personally.
Totally agree with you! Even during my visit, the main gate was often unmanned. Aur CCTV cameras bhi kaam kar rahe hain ya nahi, pata hi nahi chalta. It's a huge red flag, especially when you compare it to societies near Krishna Kunj where security is much tighter. First-time buyers ko aise compromises nahi karne chahiye.
Security ka toh mat hi pucho. Guards change hote rehte hain, aur main gate pe bhi vigilance proper nahi hai. Visitors ko easily entry mil jaati hai without much checking. Definitely a concern.
Yaar, I'm so glad someone finally said this! I visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month in Rajkot. Brochure mein toh sab five-star dikhate hain, but on ground, the gym looked barely functional, and the garden area felt neglected. I'm a first-time buyer and this makes me so nervous about committing to such a big investment.
Honestly, for the ₹29 L – ₹30 L price range, what else do you expect? It's a completed project, so at least you know what you're getting. Maybe amenities are not top-notch but functional enough, no?
Absolutely! Same experience. Gym equipment looked like it was from the 90s. Sirf dikhawe ke liye hai sab.
