Ansal Aastha amenities: Are they actually usable?

₹30 lakh for a 2BHK at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone – I thought I knew what I was getting into. I work in real estate, so I thought I could see through the marketing BS. But buying my own flat here is a whole different ballgame. The brochure showed all these great amenities, right? Club house, gym, kids' play area. Honestly, most of it's just for show or barely functional. The gym equipment is always broken, the common areas aren't maintained well at all. My kids can't even properly use the play area because it's always dirty. Is this just me, or did anyone else feel totally misled about the actual quality and usability of these amenities after moving in? What's the point of having them if they don't work?
