Mera ek friend hai Krishna Kunj mein, usne bhi Ansal ke hi kisi project mein liya tha kuch saal pehle, uski quality bahut better thi. Abhi Ansal Aastha mein jo material use kiya hai, woh dekh ke lagta hai long-term maintenance cost badhegi hi. Club house aur gym sirf inauguration ke time chamakte hain, baad mein koi upkeep nahi.
