Rajkot Ansal Aastha Mig Zone – finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, but confused about utilities. Brochure says full power backup, but ground reality kya hai? Is it just common areas or full flat backup? Aur paani ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai? Reliable water supply aur backup bahut important hai. EMI vs rent math mein yeh sab consider karna padega. Anyone living there, please share experience. Value for money hai kya?
