What's the actual construction quality like at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone after a year? I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Does poor build quality, like early seepage or fitting issues, really affect resale or tenant attraction? Also, do those promised amenities actually justify the premium or just increase maintenance for investors?
