Honestly, managing Rajkot investment from Dubai is tough. I'm eyeing Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. It's completed, but I'm worried about Ansal's overall project delivery track record. Is the resale market liquid enough for a smooth exit? Can't visit, so I need insights on their reliability and the project's long-term resale potential.

U9, current market conditions mein Rajkot mein ready-to-move ka demand hai, but buyers are very picky. They prefer projects by trusted builders. Prices are stable for good projects, but for others, you might have to give a discount to sell quickly. Liquidity is tighter than before.
I agree with U2 about Krishna Kunj. But Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is in a decent location, right? Is the price range of ₹29 L – ₹30 L justified for a completed project, considering their reputation, or will it be difficult to resell?
U7, liquidity is the main concern. Even if the price seems okay, if no one wants to buy it later because of the builder, then you're stuck. I tried selling a property in a less reputed builder's project last year, took me 8 months to find a buyer, and had to settle for a lower price than expected. Be very careful with resale potential, especially from abroad.

RERA numbers aur dates toh sirf dikhane ke hote hain. Mere dost ne bhi Ansal ke ek project mein invest kiya tha, bola completed hai, but andar kaam abhi bhi chal raha tha. Finishing quality ka issue tha. Resale mein price bhi kam mil raha tha. Rajkot mein iss price range (₹29 L – ₹30 L) mein aur options dekh lo, bhai. Why take a risk with Ansal?
U3, RERA number hai UPRERAPRJ5670. Project completed hai as per RERA. Possession date 2022-06-01 thi. On paper toh sab sahi lagta hai.
Exactly! I had a nightmare with their another project near Ahmedabad. Possession date pe date dete rahe, aur quality bhi compromise ki. NRI ho toh aur bhi mushkil ho jaati hai follow-up karna. My cousin invested in a project by them in Krishna Kunj, and woh bhi abhi tak phasa hua hai. Resale mein toh koi haath hi nahi daal raha uss property mein.
