Ansal Aastha: Builder's communication when things go wrong?
Kalawad Road has me looking at a few 3BHK options, upgrading from my 2BHK in Mota Mava. I'm checking out Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, it's pretty decent on paper for a 3BHK around ₹90L. What I'm really worried about, though, is the builder's communication if there are issues during construction. I've heard stories about builders going completely silent when things don't go to plan. Like, if there's a delay or some quality concern, do they actually communicate, or is it just radio silence? I'm already stretching my budget a bit, so I can't afford surprises or endless follow-ups. Anyone here dealt with Ansal API's customer support when a project hit a snag? Was their response helpful or were you left guessing? Need to know if they're approachable for disputes.
