Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, aur construction quality dekh ke thoda tension ho raha hai. Walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose lag rahe. Is it normal for new projects in Rajkot to have so many snag list items right after possession? Long term mein maintenance cost pe kitna impact aata hai aise issues ka? Also, maintenance charges toh high hain, but services ka kya? Does this affect resale value ya tenant attraction? Koi advice hai toh please share.
