Sabki baatein sunke aur confusion ho gaya! U1 ki tarah, I'm also exhausted. It seems Ansal Aastha has mixed reviews. Some say it's okay for the price, others point out major quality flaws like seepage and dampness. What should first-time buyers like us do then? Should we just avoid Ansal altogether, or is there a way to verify the unit quality before finalising? Koi tip do yaar.
See, every builder has some issues. Ansal Aastha is completed, so that's a plus. In today's Rajkot market, getting a ready-to-move flat under 30L is tough. The question is, are the issues fixable and is the price reflecting them? Not all amenities are for use, some are just for brochure appeal, that's common.
Humne bhi Ansal Aastha Mig Zone consider kiya tha. Location acchi lagi thi, especially connectivity. But then when we visited a friend who moved in last year (June 2022 possession, sahi baat hai U4), we saw some dampness on a wall already. Amenities like the gym were okay, but pool looked barely maintained. For ₹30L, I expect better, especially after seeing similar issues in Krishna Kunj properties.
U6, I think U5 is right. I also visited a unit there, not exactly dampness but paint peeling near the bathroom wall. Builder says it's minor, but for a new flat, it's a red flag. Prices are ₹29-30L, at this range, these issues are unacceptable.
Dampness? That's serious! Was it just one spot or widespread?
I checked their RERA, UPRERAPRJ5670. Possession date was June 2022. So it's been almost two years. Owners must have some real feedback now. Waiting to hear too, this one was in my budget.

Exactly! Mera dost Krishna Kunj mein flat lene wala tha, Ansal ka hi project. Last minute cancel kiya, bola quality issues sunne ko mile hain. ₹29-30L for a flat with cracks? No way!
Bhai, Ansal ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Mig Zone bhi koi alag nahi hoga. Careful raho!
