Bhai, Ansal ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Title mein hi 'daily living falls short' likha hai, toh kya expect karein? Rajkot mein bhi inka record theek nahi suna maine.
Sahi kaha yaar! Ansal ka record mixed hai. But Rajkot mein demand bhi toh badh rahi hai, especially for ready-to-move properties. Sometimes you have to compromise on builder reputation for location or price.
