Ansal Aastha: Do amenities actually attract tenants?

My budget for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone includes amenity costs. Do clubhouses and sports facilities genuinely attract better tenants or justify higher rents, boosting ROI? Or are they ghost facilities?

Nahi yaar, I think amenities do matter, especially for families. Kids ke liye play area, gym... these are big selling points. Maybe not for super high rent, but it helps attract reliable tenants jo long-term rukte hain.

Bhai, Ansal Aastha mein amenities? Most of them are just for show. Maintenance ka paisa alag se jaayega, tenants ko itna farak nahi padta.
