Since last Diwali, my wife and I have been flat-hunting for a bigger 3BHK for our kids. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone looks good on paper, par amenities ka ground reality kya hai? Power backup full flat ka milta hai ya bas common areas? With kids, water supply reliable chahiye, tanker pe depend toh nahi hona padega na? Also, children's play area sirf naam ka hai ya actually safe aur usable hai? Rajkot mein kaafi projects dekhe hain, but this one has us confused. Any actual residents can share their experience?

Bhai, Ansal ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Rajkot mein inke previous projects ka record utna accha nahi raha hai. Kya aapko Ansal ke track record pe trust hai?
Sahi baat hai U1. My uncle had issues with their project near the bypass road. Amenities were a joke. So, I'm also wary.
