Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein shifted hue abhi do mahine hi hue hain. Honestly, I'm regretting my investment decision for rental income. Society mein occupancy bahut kam hai, it feels so empty. Builder ne toh high rental yields ka promise kiya tha, but with so many vacant units, rent milna impossible lag raha hai. It's like a ghost town. Kya Rajkot mein high investor ratio projects ka yahi haal hota hai? Others who bought here for ROI, what's your strategy? Meri exit strategy toh bilkul clear nahi ho rahi.

This is a classic trap in Rajkot, especially in areas like Krishna Kunj. Builders push these 'investment opportunities' with fancy brochures and projected rentals. But the moment possession starts, you realize half the building is empty because everyone bought for
Ansal Aastha is COMPLETED right? Possession toh 2022-06-01 se mil gaya tha. Itni jaldi regret? Kya price pe liya tha aapne?
Haan, project completed hai aur possession bhi mil gaya hai as per RERA UPRERAPRJ5670. But high investor ratio ka matlab hai ki bahut saare log rental income ke liye lete hain, khud rehne nahi aate. Price range toh ₹29 L – ₹30 L thi, shayad ussi range mein liya hoga OP ne.
Bhai, this is exactly what I feared. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka naam toh suna tha, but investor-heavy projects ka yahi issue hota hai. Rental yields toh sirf paper pe dikhte hain, real ground reality bahut different hoti hai. Rajkot mein aise projects ab common ho gaye hain.
Totally agree! Meri bhi same concern thi. Builder promises are just marketing, ground pe sab alag hota hai.
