Power backup aur elevator quality pe bhi dhyaan dena padega. Ansal ke projects mein aksar common areas ki maintenance issue rehti hai. Full flat backup toh shayad hi dete honge, usually sirf lights aur fans ke liye hota hai. Elevator bhi jaldi purane lagne lagte hain. Mere ek relative ne Krishna Kunj mein flat liya tha, unhone bhi Ansal ke properties mein yeh issues dekhe hain. Resale value directly linked hai in sab cheezo se.
OP, aapko kis specific tower ya phase ke liye quote mila hai? Maybe price uspar depend karta hai?
Totally agree about the power backup! Most builders promise full backup but it's rarely for ACs and heavy appliances. Elevators are another pain point, especially in older Ansal projects. Maintenance society pe chhod dete hain aur fir quality degrade hoti rehti hai.
Exactly! I checked UPRERAPRJ5670, the price range for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone is ₹29 L – ₹30 L. How are they quoting ₹78L? Is this for a different configuration or some premium flat? OP, possession mila kya aapko?
Haan bhai, Ansal ki delays toh famous hain. Mera friend bhi fasa hua hai. ₹78L is just crazy.
Sahi keh rahe ho, U2. ₹78L toh pure fraud lag raha hai. Ansal ka track record waise bhi mixed hai, especially with delays. My cousin booked in their other project near Krishna Kunj years ago, and possession date 2-3 baar extend ho chuki thi. For Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, RERA shows possession date as 2022-06-01. So it *should* be completed. But the price difference is a huge red flag. Dubai se investment karna aur bhi risky ho jata hai aise cases mein.
₹78L for Ansal Aastha?! Bhai, ye toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. RERA pe iska price kuch aur hi dikhata hai. Be careful.
