Ansal Aastha Mig Zone Rajkot — considering it after years of renting. The price (around 30L) fits my budget. Is it genuinely good for daily living, especially with family? Ansal Aastha sounds interesting! Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur Rajkot mein kuch dekh raha hoon. 30L budget mein agar family ke liye theek hai toh badhiya hai. Maintenance charges ka mujhe bhi tension hai, I hope they are reasonable. Kya aapne site visit kiya hai?

Totally agree with you! Maintenance charges ka bahut bada game hota hai. Builder initially kam dikhate hain, but baad mein itna badha dete hain ki EMI jitna hi lagta hai. Site visit pe sab clear nahi
