Ansal Aastha: Living experience matching price?

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein daily life kaisi hai, sach mein? March mein possession mila, abhi do mahine ho gaye. ₹30L ke around kharida tha, socha tha sab sahi hoga. Initially, amenities like the gym and kids' play area looked good on paper, but ab utne maintained nahi lagte. Society ka vibe bhi thoda quiet hai, not sure if it's just new residents. Schools aur market paas toh hain, which is a plus. But for this price, I'm wondering if the living experience justifies it. Has anyone else felt this way about the actual quality versus expectations?
